Our focus is on the future. Derichs' young team has deliberately taken advantage of the generational overlap in the company.

Maria Barthels and Stephanie Holzmann have taken the lead since the purchase of the traditional company in January 2014 and form the dual leadership.

Now working under the slogan "back to the roots – and forward to the future", the company is combining the many-decades-long technical know-how of founder Eberhard Derichs with a future-ready presence of our products on the global market.
